All New X-Men #5 Review

And my favorite MarvelNow! series rages on! I’m serious, I totally love this series and were only 5 issues in. As for MarvelNow!,this and Thor:God of Thunder are both climbing their way to the top of my stack. And yes that was a shameless plug. BUT ANYWAY, this issue continues and I guess sort of concludes the first arc. The whole issue with beast is solved in this issue, and also the futures for the original five X-Men. There is a scene in here where Jean gets a little sneak peak into her future, and it is so gloriously drawn by Stuart Immonen. I absolutely love his art. Every panel is a treat, similar to how I feel when I read something illustrated by Jerome Opena. And as from Bendis, hes kicking total ass on this run.

FINAL VERDICT: 10/10; I seriously think that this is the book that will push the X-Men back to the front of the Marvel Universe similar to the 90’s.
